Welcome to our Football & Recruitment Networking Platform (“Service”), operated by InScout Network Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, including any content, features, and subscriptions available via our web application.
InScout Network Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 15766245.
Currently, InScout Network operates as a home-based business in the United Kingdom. As the company grows, we plan to establish a dedicated business location and will update these Terms accordingly.
By registering for, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Our Service allows users to connect and engage with football professionals, clubs, and talent scouts. Subscription tiers provide various levels of access to shortlisting, meeting room chats, enquiries, and more.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription, billed in pounds sterling (GBP £). Payments are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider.
By subscribing, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle selected. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Where changes affect your subscription or user rights, we will notify you in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription features until that time.
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. This is because we provide a free trial period to allow users to explore the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
In accordance with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day “cooling-off” period from the day you subscribe. However, by starting your subscription and accessing premium features during this period, you acknowledge and agree that the cooling-off right is waived, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you believe you’ve been charged in error or have experienced a billing issue, please contact our support team at info@inscoutnetwork.co.uk.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, to send spam, or to upload offensive or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content and branding associated with the platform are the property of InScout Network. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant us a licence to display it as part of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
