Professional Experience
Football coach & scout, currently supporting senior first-team squads in the English Football
League (League One and League Two) as an external scout - delivering detailed individual
player assessments focused on emerging talents and loaned- out players' development, as
well as comprehensive opposition analysis reports.
Previously, as an assistant coach & scout at the University of Suffolk, I led both team
training and individual development sessions — which helped several players earn trials at
clubs in the Championship and League One. I also oversaw scouting trials for prospective
players, identifying those with the quality & potential to join the university’s first team.
Prior to that, I was the head coach of the Caister Roma U15s (a chartered English club),
where I led the team to two league titles (Division 2 and Division 1) and a Shields Cup.
Several players I helped develop were later recruited by larger clubs.
I combine strong observational skills with tactical knowledge and a passion for player
development through both team and individual training. I value continuous growth and
constructive feedback as key tools for improvement.
I hold professional certifications in scouting, performance analysis, and coaching (including
a UEFA C license currently in progress), and I completed all my academic qualifications with
the highest possible grades: First-Class Honours (1:1) in Business Management, Distinction
in Sports Science & Fitness, and a top grade in CIPD Level 5 in People Management.
Highly motivated to contribute to a football club, whether as a coach (head or assistant),
particularly within youth development, or in the areas of scouting, performance analysis, or
opposition analysis.
