Event Payments

When you register for an event hosted by InScout Network, such as the Football Innovators Forum 2026 on 5th June 2026, payment is taken immediately and securely via Stripe.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are non-refundable. However, InScout Network will make reasonable efforts to assist with reselling your ticket, but cannot guarantee a resale. Requests for resale support must be submitted no later than 90 days before the event, due to venue commitments such as catering and dietary requirements.

Booking Transfers – You may request to transfer your booking by contacting the InScout Network admin team at info@inscoutnetwork.co.uk. Transfers must be arranged no later than 60 days before the event to allow time for confirmation of all food and dietary requirements. Please note: any changes are subject to approval by the football club’s catering team and cannot be guaranteed.
