These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for and participation in the Football Innovators Forum 2026 hosted by InScout Network on 5th June 2026.
All registrations are one-off payments made securely through Stripe.
Payment is taken immediately upon registration. A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is successfully processed.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. However, InScout Network will make reasonable efforts to assist with reselling your ticket, but cannot guarantee a resale. Requests for resale support must be submitted no later than 90 days before the event, due to venue commitments such as catering and dietary requirements.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration.
Booking Transfers – You may request to transfer your booking by contacting the InScout Network admin team at info@inscoutnetwork.co.uk. Transfers must be arranged no later than 60 days before the event to allow time for confirmation of all food and dietary requirements. Please note: any changes are subject to approval by the football club’s catering team and cannot be guaranteed.
All attendees are expected to act respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.
By attending the event, you consent to be photographed or filmed. These may be used for promotional purposes by InScout Network.
InScout Network is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, travel disruption, or damages related to your attendance.
